USA Grand Prix Predictions & Betting tips - Formule 1

After a week-long break, Formula 1 is back in full swing this weekend, and we’re off to the Circuit of the Americas for the United States Grand Prix on Sunday. Oscar Piastri leads the driver standings with 336 points, 22 ahead of his teammate Lando Norris, while Max Verstappen is third on 281 points. Let’s get into the race prediction. 

It’s been an excellent weekend for Red Bull leading up to Sunday’s main race, which began with Max Verstappen claiming the sprint win, while both McLaren drivers crashed out. 

That victory saw the Dutchman reduce the gap to Oscar Piastri to 55 points and just 33 to Lando Norris, meaning that the Papaya duo simply cannot afford too many more slip-ups. 

However, things got even better for the defending champion on Saturday, when he stormed to a commanding pole in qualifying for the US Grand Prix with a time of 1m 32.510s. 

Verstappen finished 0.291s ahead of Norris in second, while Piastri produced another underwhelming qualifying performance, only managing sixth (1m 33.084s). 

Charles Leclerc delivered a solid effort for P3, and he will be joined in the second row by Singapore GP winner George Russell. Lewis Hamilton (P5) will start alongside Piastri in the third row. 

Carlos Sainz was third-fastest in the sprint but only managed ninth. Kimi Antonelli, Oliver Bearman and Fernando Alonso secured P7, P8 and P10, respectively.
