These two teams have played 48 games to get to this stage of the season. Brentford take on Fulham in the Championship play-off final at Wembley in a game worth millions of pounds to the winners. A place in the Premier League beckons and for Brentford it would be for the first time in their history. Next season is already going to be an exciting one for Brentford as they move into a new ground. To do that and be entertaining the best teams in the country is their dream. They would already be in the Premier League if they hadn't lost their last two league games of the season. Just two draws would have been enough to take them into the promised land. That looked even further away when they lost the first leg of their semi-final away at Swansea City. They bounced back to form though with a 3-1 win in the home leg. That should boost their confidence and they face a Fulham side that they have already beaten twice this season. Only one of their last ten games against Fulham have been lost with both teams getting on the scoresheet in six of those meetings.

Fulham bid to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking. Two years ago they beat Aston Villa in the Championship play-off final but were relegated last season. They too had their chances to win automatic promotion but finished fourth, behind Brentford on goal difference. They faced Cardiff City in the play-off semi-finals and won the away first leg 2-0. Life wasn't so easy in the second leg as they went behind after just eight minutes. They were only behind for a minute though but again trailed afer 47 minutes. That made it 3-2 to Fulham on aggregate and they held on for the rest of the second half to reach another Wembley final. They have some key players in Aleksandar Mitrovic (top-scorer for them this season) and Neeskens Kebano who has scored in each of Fulham's last four games scoring five times. There's little to choose between these two sides, a bet on both teams to score looks the best to make.
