Eibar begin the weekend in 14th place, six points above the relegation zone. They face a tough match as second placed Real Madrid come to town but there might not be too many goals being scored. Eibar have been blowing hot and cold for most of the season. They lost three of their first four league games and then earned seven points from the next three games. The bad form returned with a home loss to Barcelona and away defeat at Real Valladolid. Their inconsistency continues though and they come into this game having won their last two league matches.

Real Madrid are second but on the same number of points as leaders Barcelona. They have been doing well at home in La Liga with four wins and two draws with 15 goals scored. Madrid would be top but for their inconsistent away form. They have won two, drawn two and last week lost to Mallorca. Going back over a slightly longer period of time, they have only two wins in their last ten away league matches. While 15 have been scored at home, Real have only six in five away games but five came in their first two. Just the one goal in the last three and none at all in the last two. Their away form can't be trusted at present, a bet on under 2.5 goals looks the one to go for.
