Celtic felt downright miserable after losing to CFR Cluj in the Champions League qualifiers. That saw them transferred to the Europa League again and this play-off tie against AIK Solna from Sweden. The first leg went well for them with a confident 2-0 home win for the Scottish champions. They dare not make a mess of this game as it would affect them financially and end their European campaign for the season in August. Celtic's away form in Europe isn't great but in the Champions League this season, they won two and drew one of their games.

AIK have it all to do to make it to the group stages. They also started the season playing in the Champions League but lost on away goals to Maribor in the second qualifying round. They could have done with an away goal in Scotland and now need to score at least twice in this game to have a chance of progessing. One Celtic goal would see them needing to score four goals and AIK have conceded in each of their last six home games in Europan competition. Not since 2013/14 have they played in the Europa League group stages. Only three of their last nine home European games have been won and the tip here is for an away win,
