Valencia gets a chance to avenge their recent drubbing at the hands of Barcelona when the sides meet on Thursday. This Copa del Rey quarter-final will be played at the Mestalla Stadium with Los Ches and Barça both predicted to score goals.

This is a single-leg match, and as such, both teams will look to give their best and progress. This is their third quarter-final appearance in the competition in the last four campaigns, but only once before did they manage to cross the hurdle. Barcelona, ​​on the other hand, reignited their La Liga title chase and now look to add to their tally of 31 Copa del Rey titles. They have reached the semi-finals only once in their last three seasons, though.

Valencia won 2-1 at home against Celta Vigo on Sunday to stay four points behind safety in La Liga. Avoiding the drop remains the priority for the home team, which has three wins from their last four matches.
