Kaizer Chiefs and Polokwane City will bring an end to their 2024-25 PSL season this weekend when they face off at Soccer City in Johannesburg. AmaKhosi are ninth in the league standings, while Rise and Shine are seventh. Let’s get into the match prediction.
It has been another poor PSL season for Kaizer Chiefs, but a win here will see them end the campaign in seventh place, three spots up from where they finished last term.
However, barring their Nedbank Cup triumph, the Glamour Boys have been in poor form in the league, winless in their last eight games following a 1-1 draw against Sekhukhune United last week.
The hosts have also failed to win any of their last four home league games (W0 D2 L2), and have only managed five wins in 13 matches on home soil this season (W5 D3 L5).
Meanwhile, Polokwane City will be pleased with their performance in just their second season in the top flight and could end the campaign as high as fifth with a victory this weekend.
