Wales have won all four of their matches in the Six Nations Championship this year. They go into this final game at home to Ireland knowing they simply need to win to take the title, Triple Crown and Grand Slam. Failure to do so will mean England can take the title with a home win over Scotland. The three final games of this championship are being played at different times. It'd have been better if this was the final game but it's the middle one, so a win for Wales reduces the importance of the later England match. 

The Welsh side are the favourites to win this match against Ireland but no side has dominated recent meetings. The last six games have produced three wins for each team. Home advantage is going to play a big part in this game. Wales have won two of the last three home games against the Irish side. They have been able to name an unchanged team for this vital match, that continuity is going to help and they can get a hard-fought win over the Irish to win the title.
