Both the USA and Tonga have been eliminated from the 2019 Rugby World Cup. That was no shock seeing they had the difficult task of taking on England, France and Argentina. Between them these two teams have only been able to earn a point. That was achieved by Tonga when only losing by two points to France. A good result indeed for them compared to that which America earned when losing by 24 points to the French.
