Heavyweights will collide at UFC 316, with Serghei Spivac set to face off against Waldo Cortes Acosta in New Jersey this weekend. Polar Bear has a pro record of 17-5-0, while Salsa Boy is 13-1-0. Let’s get into the match prediction.
Serghei Spivac will be looking to bounce back to winning ways this weekend, after suffering a first-round knockout to Jailton Almeida at UFC 311 back in January this year.

That victory was Salsa Boys’ fourth in succession following unanimous decision wins over Robelis Depaigne and Andrei Arlovski, and a KO/TKO triumph over Lukasz Brzeski.
While Acosta’s greatest strength is his boxing ability, landing 5.76 significant strikes per minute, he also has a solid 50% takedown defence, which will be tested in this bout.
