Scotland vs England Prediction & Betting Tips - Six Nations

Scotland bid to retain the Calcutta Cup when hosting England at Muirfield. They have won their last three matches against England, most recently a 29-23 win at Twickenham last year. This year's Six Nations began with the Scottish side going 27-0 away to Wales. Then they had to withstand a Welsh comeback and had to hold on to win the match 27-26. Next up for them was a home game against France and that proved to be a very frustrating afternoon for them. They led the match 13-10 but ended up losing 20-16 but they feel a late try should have been allowed and that would have given them their second win. They are third in the table but three points behind England in second and five adrift of leaders Ireland. Three of their last five matches have been won and two of the last three at home against England have ended in victory.

England are in second place and only a couple of points behind leaders Ireland, who they still have to play at Twickenham. They have had wins over Italy and Wales but haven't been that impressive. Their opening match was away against Italy and they trailed in that match at the break. Eventuall a much changed England side won that match 27-24. They then hosted Wales and again found themselves trailing at half time being behind by nine points. Another second half recovery was required and a two point win was achieved. England have now won eight of their last nine matches. Their only loss was to South Africa in the Rugby World Cup semi-final last year.  This is going to be tough though and we tip Scotland to get the win.
