Montpellier Herault are hoping their excellent current form will see them win the European Rugby Challenge Cup this Friday. The Rockrose are unbeaten in this year's competition and take on Ulster in the final. With their winning run at present, our prediction is that the French club can win on a -5.5 handicap.
Seven wins in a row have taken Montpellier to this final in Bilbao, Spain. It's five years since they won their second European Rugby Champions Cup but they are in the form to again lift a trophy. The Bleu and Whites are worthy favorites to travel back to France with the Challenge Cup.
Ulster's biggest triumph came in 1999 when they became European champions. Since then, their only title triumph came when they won the Celtic League but that was 20 years ago. Now they travel to Bilbao hoping to win the Challenge Cup but their current form indicates that is going to be a tough task to achieve.

Montpellier Herault are in top form at present. They are second in Top 14 and have won each of their last four league games. Each of their last seven games in all competitions have been won and all but one of the last 13 the Rockrose have played ended in victory, only losing to Top 14 leaders Stade Toulousain.
In this competition, they finished six points clear of Zebre Parma after winning all four of their matches. That earned them the number one seeding in the knockout stages and they have beaten USA Perpignan, Connacht and Dragons, all at home with 116 points scored.

It's been an up-and-down last few weeks for Ulster. They beat Exeter Chiefs to reach this final but failed to qualify for the end-of-season play-offs in the United Rugby Championship. Now they head to Bilbao hoping to win their first trophy in 20 years.
Baloucoune has made a swift recovery.
The Ulstermen have received a boost with the news that winger Robert Baloucoune has recovered from his elbow injury and will play in this final. They do have a few injury problems though and Rob Stockdale will be absent on Friday.
Also missing for the Irish club will be their captain Iain Henderson who is suspended, Rob Herring and Stuart McCloskey.
Montpellier have an exciting end to the season with not just this final but most likely the end-of-season play-offs in Top 14. They are currently second in the table in that competition. Montpellier have a truly international squad and are captained by England's Billy Vunipola.
