Two unseeded players will make it into the last four of the Swiss Open. One of them will come from this quarter-final between Swiss wild card Jerome Kym and unseeded Frenchman Arthur Cazaux. Time for our match prediction.
Arthur Cazaux caused a surprise in the last round when beating fourth-seeded Tomas Martin Etcheverry in three sets. Both of his matches this week have gone to a final set. Cazaux is now 109th in the live rankings.
This is his first clay court quarter-final of the year and we tip him to beat Kym.
It's 20 years since a Swiss player reached the final of this outdoor clay court tournament being played in Gstaad. Jerome Kym will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of Stan Wawrinka who lost in round one this year.
Kym is up to 143rd in the live rankings, 20 places below his career-high. The 22-year-old has lost both of his previous matches against Cazaux, one on clay. Three tie-breaks were played in those matches.
