Unseeded Jaume Munar is attempting to reach round three at Wimbledon for the second successive year. He takes on wild card Jacob Fearnley in round two. Munar is over 100 places higher in the rankings and our prediction is he will win this match.

Either 13th seed Jiri Lehecka or unseeded Alex Molcan will be faced in round three.

Jaume Munar has reached three ATP Tour quarter-finals this year on other surfaces. He had a disappointing build-up to this grass court Grand Slam with two first round losses. A third early exit was avoided in style in round one here.

Munar beat recent Queen's Club champion and 18th seed Francisco Cerundolo for the loss of only eight games.

Jacob Fearnley was down at 159th in the last published ranking list, compared to Munar's 44th. His career-high is 49th and he has had an inconsistent year with 13 wins and 16 losses. His best results have come on the Challenger Tour with a recent grass court final in Ilkley.

He reached round two here last year.

An early exit was looking likely when he lost the first two sets against unseeded Alex Michelsen. The British player fought back well to win the next three sets for the loss of only seven games. He probably can't afford another slow start here.
