The Bees enter this match following a disappointing week in which they were held to a draw by newly promoted Hull City on MD8 before bowing out of the Carabao Cup at the Stadium of Light in midweek. The biggest positive for the Bees is that they do carry proper attacking threat, scoring in every match across all competitions this season, while holding the fifth-best xG per 90 in the top flight (1.70).
This week’s hosts have been a tough nut to crack at home, having only lost one of their last nine league games at the Gtech, dating back to February 21. That sole defeat came against Liverpool last time out.

Meanwhile, despite dominating in almost every statistical category, Nottingham Forest were unable to find a winner against Ipswich and are now winless in their last four EPL matches (D1 L3).
