Ireland vs France Prediction & Betting Tips - Six Nations

France had two second place finishes last year in the Six Nations and Autumn Nations Cup. Their bid to go one better this year started with a 50-10 away win in Italy. Now it starts to get a lot tougher as they head to Dublin to take on an Irish side that lost to Wales last weekend. France beat Ireland at home last season in the Six Nations, ending their opponents hopes of winning the title. Ireland made a disappointing start to the 2021 campaign with a 21-16 defeat. It was an uphill battle for them after having a player sent off after just 14 minutes.  A loss this weekend will all but end their title hopes. They have been hit by the absence of Johnny Sexton for this game and he's replaced by Billy Burns. Also out of their team are Conor Murray, James Ryan and the suspended Peter O'Mahony. All of which makes getting a result against France a lot harder task.

The French side had few problems getting a win over Italy. They won by 40 points which will do their points difference the world of good. France have made just two changes to the line-up that won in Rome. Damien Penaud and Anthony Jeloch replace Teddy Thomas and Dylan Cretin. They are still missing Romain Ntamack though but the partnership of Antoine Dupont and Matthieu Jalibert has worked well. With Ireland misssing key players, the tip here is for a France away win.
