Maro Itoje and wing Jack Nowell are doubtful for this game.
Italy have lost their three games in this year's Six Nations Championship. That makes it 20 consecutive defeats for the Italians in this tournament and it's almost inevitable they'll get to 21 this weekend with another defeat heading their way. Not since 2016 have they beaten one of the leading rugby nations. England can win this game on a -33 handicap.
