Germany have carried the aura of champions throughout this competition. They come here having won every single one of their matches. In the knockouts, they were forced into extra time against Italy but held the five-time champions off, winning 3-2.
They then came out all guns blazing to slam France 3-0 in the semi-finals. England have experienced this ruthless edge too, after landing in the same group as Germany. They lost 2-1 in their Group B game.
In four of their five matches at this competition, Germany scored at least three goals. Perhaps the only concern they’ll carry into this match is the fact they have just two clean sheets.

It is almost impossible to talk of German players and fail to mention Nick Woltemade. The Stuttgart forward is a top highlight in this very prolific team. So far in the competition, he has scored six times and provided three assists.
Those are very solid numbers and deserving of a finalist. Generally, the Germans have been very attacking in this tournament. In the team that started against France, only defender Bright Arrey-Mbi and goalkeeper Noah Atubolu have not had goal involvement so far.
