British wild card Sonay Kartal has a tough first round match in the WTA Queen's Club tournament. Her first grass court match of the year will be against unseeded Daria Kasatkina. Here's our match prediction.

Daria Kasatkina was a Wimbledon quarter-finalist seven years ago. The 28-year-old Australian has lost in the third round at Wimbledon in each of the past two years. Kasatkina is 16th in the live rankings.
Eight of her ten grass court matches played in 2024 were won, losing only to Aryna Sabalenka and Paula Badosa. Last year saw her win the Eastbourne International after being losing finalist in 2023.
