After winning the Almaty Open last weekend, third seed Daniil Medvedev is going deep again in Vienna. In the last eight of this indoor hard court tournament, Medvedev faces qualifier Adrian Mannarino. Looking at recent matches between the pair, our prediction here is Medvedev wins and more than 19.5 games.
In the semi-finals, the winner will be up against either second seed Carlos Alcaraz or seventh-seeded Tommy Paul.
Daniil Medvedev is attempting to reach his tenth ATP Tour semi-final of the year with four titles being won. The Russian won the Almaty Open title last week and has won ten of his last 11 matches. This week has seen him beat Daniel Merida in straight sets and then Cameron Norrie in three.
More than 19.5 games have been played in six of his last eight completed matches with a tie-break in each of his last three.
