After a midweek win, Aston Villa bid to earn their first Premier League victory of the season. The Villans are 18th in the table and this Sunday are home to eighth-placed Fulham. Read our match prediction below.
Villa beat Bologna 1-0 on Thursday as they began their Europa League campaign. After that home success, they'll be desperate to get their first Premier League win of the season. It's been a big struggle for them so far and they find themselves in the relegation zone after the first five games of the season. Just one goal has been scored in the Premier League this season by Villa and in all competitions their strikers are yet to find the back of the net.
Fulham have earned five more points than their opponents. Last week saw them come from behind to beat Brentford at home but they are yet to record an away victory and will be keen to put that right at Villa Park.

Aston Villa - Fulham: Form Analysis
After just missing out on Champions League qualification, Aston Villa have made a poor start to the new season. They are in the Premier League relegation zone and still looking for their first win.
They did manage to get a 1-0 home victory over Bologna in the Europa League on Thursday. The hope will be that confidence boost can lead to them getting off the mark in the Premier League. They have been struggling for goals this season but have found the back of the net in each of their last three league and cup matches. Last week saw them get a 1-1 draw at Sunderland.
Just a goal would be great for Villa.
Two home league games this season have only produced a goalless draw with Newcastle and a disastrous 3-0 loss to Crystal Palace. Getting that first home league goal of the season (preferably by a striker) is what Villa want this weekend.
Fulham have made a much better start to the new Premier League season. They are only a point behind the top five but owe their success to the form they've shown at Craven Cottage. The Cottagers have only earned one point from two away league games.
Those two matches have only seen them score once. That was a last gasp goal that got them a point at Brighton. Their other away league match this season was a 2-0 away defeat at neighbours Chelsea.

Aston Villa & Fulham Squad Analysis
Who will be between the sticks for Aston Villa on Sunday? Emiliano Martinez has a muscular problem and that kept him out of the Europa League win over Bologna. Marc Bizot will play in goal if Martinez isn't fit but at least he kept a clean sheet against the italians.
There are also problems in midfield with Amadou Onana out due to a hamstring injury. With Youri Tielemans and Ross Barkeley not playing recently, they will hope for continued good form from John McGinn, one of the few Villa players to score a goal this season.
Watkins needs a goal.
Ollie Watkins missed a penalty against Bologna and is short of confidence. One goal may well change all of that and Unai Emery will be wanting the England striker to finally hit the back of the net.
Fulham will be without Kevin as he's suffered a shoulder injury. Midweek saw Fulham struggle to beat Cambridge United in the Carabao Cup. That game saw Antonee Robinson make his return from injury but Fulham may keep the backline that played against Brentford last weekend.
They are also looking for some more firepower up front. Scoring goals at Craven Cottage hasn't been too difficult for them so far this season. On the road though, just one goal has been scored in two away league games.
