It's been four months since Aston Villa last lifted the UEFA Europa League crown to end a 44-year wait for European success, but the Birmingham outfit has made somewhat of an underwhelming start to the new campaign.
The Villans couldn't prevent Paris Saint-Germain from becoming the first team to retain the UEFA Super Cup. It was their first competitive match of the season, and they stumbled to a 2-1 defeat at the Red Bull Arena.
