The Utah Jazz began their NBA campaign on a brilliant note, thrashing the Los Angeles Clippers 129-108. However, they suffered defeat in their second game, losing by just one point away to the Sacramento Kings. 

After the narrow defeat to the Sacramento Kings, the Utah-based outfit bounced back in their last game against the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday. They won 138-134 in overtime after a 248-point thriller in regulation. Two of their three games this season, including their last six home fixtures, have ended with over 229.5 total points. 

The Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 122-108 in their last game, returning to winning ways after a seven-point loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. They have won two of their four games this season, three of which have ended with over 229.5 total points. Three of the Trail Blazers’ last four encounters with the Utah Jazz have been high-scoring games producing no fewer than 240 total points. Hence, our prediction.
