Lens are still trying to find their footing in the season, burdened by the weight of overachieving last season. The Blood and Gold will next travel to another struggling side, Troyes, who are stuck in the relegation region after six outings. Troyes failed to score in their last three games, and in our prediction, we’ll go for an away clean sheet.
The hosts aren’t enjoying much on their return to Ligue 1. They did have their moment on matchday two when they trounced Lorient 2-1, but it has been downward since.
The Trojans have posted four straight defeats and failed to score in each of the last three. They’ve only managed four goals in the league thus far.
While Troyes target halting a four-game winless run in the league, Lens ended theirs last time out. A 2-1 win against Lyon was enough proof that last season’s surprise team are not washed.

Juggling the two seems to be troubling Lens, who are coming from a loss in the Champions League. They were beaten 2-0 at home by Sporting Lisbon in midweek.
