South Africa welcomes Wales to the Green Point Stadium for this deciding match of the test series. Wales pulled of a last gasp try in the last match to win 13-12 thanks to a touchline conversion from replacement flyhalf Gareth Anscombe. The Springboks will be hurting from that loss as it was their first ever defeat to Wales on their home soil. They contributed to their own demise by selecting a largely second string team for the last match but they have learnt their lesson and have selected what is their strongest possible team for this match. It will be a special moment for giant lock Eben Etzebeth as he plays in his 100th test match. South Africa will want to give his the best ever present in his milestone match, a series clinching win. The last four matches between these sides has seen the victory margin being five points or less.

Wales will be in buoyant mood after their great win in the last match but injuries to key players will certainly count against them in their quest to win the series. Their biggest injury concern surrounds Captain Dan Biggar who had to leave the field in the last match and it is still unclear if he will be available for this match.
