Top seed Jannik Sinner bids to continue his amazing unbeaten run on hard courts. The Italian takes on qualifier Adrian Mannarino in the last 16 of the outdoor hard court Cincinnati Open. Could Mannarino possibly cause an upset? Read our match prediction below.

Sinner is the defending champion in this Masters event, one of seven hard court titles he won last year. This is only his second hard court tournament of the year due to his suspension. The other saw him win the Australian Open title.

All nine of his hard court matches played this year have been won. Incredibly, he's won his last 40 matches on this surface, last losing to Andrey Rublev in Montreal a year ago. He's won both his matches this week in straight sets, though he did play a tie-break against Gabriel Diallo.

Adrian Mannarino has lost all three of his previous matches against SInner, each being on a hard court. The qualifier has beaten two seeds so far in Cincinnati  with victories over Tomas Machas and Tommy Paul. He's up to 71st in the live rankings.

This is the first time this year he's made it to round four of an ATP Tour event. The winner of this match will take on either Felix Auger-Aliassime or Benjamin Bonzi. We tip over 18.5 games to be played here.
