Scotland and Nepal end their group stage campaign in the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup when they face each other on matchday four of Group C in Mumbai on Tuesday. This match between the third-placed Scots and the fifth-placed Rhinos comes with our prediction of George Munsey scoring at least 21 runs.
With two points from three matches (W1, L2), the Scots are just outside the top two and would pray that England lose to Italy on Monday. Nepal are out of the top two race with three defeats in three.
In a crucial game on Saturday, the Scots couldn’t lift their game and lost by five wickets to England. That was preceded by a comprehensive 73-run win over Italy, but losses to England and the Windies underscored their struggles.
Munsey (107 runs) and Richie Berrington (106) remain their best batters, while Michael Leask (six wickets) has been their best bowler in the tournament.
Nepal started the tournament with a four-run loss to England, where they ran them close. They couldn’t build on that performance though, losing by ten wickets to Italy and by nine wickets to the West Indies on Sunday.
Only Dipendra Singh Airee (119 runs, SR 126.59) has been able to stand up with the bat, while none of the bowlers aggregated more than three wickets in the competition.
