Scotland battled hard against New Zealand last weekend but ended up losing the game. They will hope for a better result when hosting Argentina at Murrayfield on Sunday. Read our match prediction below.
After going in 17-0 down at the break against the All-Blacks, Scotland pulled level but were eventually beaten 25-17 by New Zealand. Only one change has been made to their starting line-up for the visit of Argentina and Finn Russell is fit to play.
This is the first match between these countries since 2022. On that occasion, Scotland recorded a 23-point home victory. Home advantage is going to be a key factor in this match as Scotland look to get back into winning ways.
Argentina were successful last weekend when adding to the Welsh woes. The Pumas defeated Wales 52-28 in Cardiff and that them victorious again after a poor end to the Rugby Championship.
They had lost three of their last four matches before last weekend's win. Two were inflicted by South Africa, with 67 points conceded on their travels before a two-point home loss to the world champions.
Argentina will be a tough opponent for Scotland. They are a side that teams find it easy to score against with over 20 points conceded in each of their last seven internationals. We tip a narrow Scottish victory.
