Saudi Arabia vs Morocco Prediction & Betting Tips - Handball World Championship

Saudi Arabia take on Morocco with the winner earning a finishing position of 29th in the Men's World Handball Championships. The Saudi Arabians are playing in their tenth world championships but have never previously finished lower than 23rd in the final standings. They began these championships in Group B of the preliminary round and a tough draw saw them losing to Slovenia and France by a combined goal margin of 32 goals. Their final group game was closer but a 27-24 loss to co-hosts Poland saw them finish bottom of the group and moved into the President's Cup which determines the lower rankings. Losses to Chile (after leading at half time) and South Korea followed but they beat Uruguay by a single goal to finish third in the group and go into this 29th position play-off.

Morocco had a tough time in Group G of the preliminary round. They finished bottom of the group after sustaining losses against the USA, Egypt and Slovenia. It could have been different for them though as their opening group match saw them lose 28-27 to the USA.  A win there would have taken them into the main round but instead they finished bottom of the group. In the President's Cup they were in a group with Tunisia, North Macedonia and Algeria, Morocco could only beat Algeria by a single goal to finish third in the group. Morocco finished 29th in the 2021 Men's World Handball Championships and a similar finishing position looks likely two years later.
