Juventus progressed in the Champions League in midweek with a comfortable home win over Porto. They start the weekend eight points clear at the top of the table and are unbeaten in their last 13 league and cup games. Their last loss was 2-1 at Fiorentina and you have to go back to November for their previous loss. Their last four away league games have produced three straight 2-0 wins and a 1-1 draw at Udinese. They beat Sampdoria 4-1 in the reverse fixture so will have no worries travelling to them this weekend. Sampdoria are down in ninth with no chance of European qualification or relegation. They are good at home though with only two defeats but Juventus are almost in a different league at present. Recently they were held to a 1-1 draw by relegation threatened Empoli so Juventus should get an away win here.
