Sale Sharks are eighth in the English Premiership and host Harlequins who are four places above them. It's an important match for the home side as they bid to make it into the end-of-season play-offs. Harlequins are in the final qualification place and five points ahead of their opponents. A win for Harlequins would make it difficult for the Sharks to qualify. However, Sale are impressive at home and will be hoping to cut the deficit down. They are in the final European Champions Rugby Cup qualfying position but are 11 points ahead of Gloucester so should be ok to make it through. Sale have won eight and lost six of their English Premiership matches this season. Home form has produced six of those wins. All but one of their home league matches has been won this season. Their only loss was to Bristol in January but last time ou out they beat Exeter Chiefs 41-5 at home.

Harlequins caused a shock in the European Rugby Champions Cup last week with a 42-41 win at Bordeaux Begles. That was their third win in a row, though the other two had been achieved at home. Harlequins are only two points clear of fifth-placed Bristol so have a fight on their hands to stay in the top four. With Bristol home to bottom-of-the-table Newcastle this weekend, Harlequins may well have to win at Sale to stay in the end-of-season play-off positions. They have won three and lost four on their travels in this season's English Premiership. Three of the last four have been lost and we tip Sale to get an important win.
