Reims will be turning their focus back to Ligue 1 when they host Strasbourg in the 28th round of matches. Seven matches remain in the season and Reims are chasing survival while Strasbourg are eyeing a place in Europe. Read on for our prediction of this match.

Reims are coming off a 2-1 win against Cannes to secure their place in the French Cup final. For the first time since September 2024, Reims have recorded back-to-back wins, albeit across different competitions.

They will be looking to go unbeaten in three straight league matches but their scoring form in Ligue 1 isn’t great. Les Rouge et Blancs failed to score in six of their last seven matches.

Strasbourg will come into this match as favorites, backed by their great run of form this season. They scored four second half goals to beat Lyon 4-2 last time out and their European dream is almost coming to fruition.

Le Racing are now unbeaten in seven league matches, winning six of them. A number of tough outings against fellow contenders for Europe are coming up and Strasbourg will want to bank all the points they can.

With five clean sheets in their last seven matches, they will also be confident of improving their goal difference. Liam Rosenior’s men won without conceding their last three away league games.
