Two unseeded players meet in the first round of the Upper Austria Ladies Linz tournament. Rebecca Sramkova faces Elisabetta Cocciareto in this indoor hard court tournament. Who'll reach round two? Here's our match prediction.

A tough task could await the winner as they'll face either top seed Karolina Muchova, Lulu Sun or a qualifier. Sramkova is 47th in the live rankings and that's only four places below her career-high achieved last November.

The 28-year-old  Slovakian has only won one of her four matches this year in three tournaments. After beginning the year with two first round losses, Sramkova beat Katie Volynets in round one of the Australian Open. Then she faced Iga Swiatek and only won two games.

Elisabetta Cocciaretto won the only previous match played between these two players. That was on clay though and four years ago with the Italian winning in three sets. This year hasn't gone well for her with first round losses in Hobart and to Diana Shnaider in the Australian Open.

Those defeats made it five straight losses with her last win coming three months ago and she's now 60th in the live rankings. Her best form has been shown on clay and only two indoor hard court matches were won by Cocciaretto last year. We tip Sramkova to win this match.
