Both the remaining seeds are in the top half of the draw of this outdoor hard court tournament. The winner of this match will be up against either top seed Aryna Sabalenka or unseeded Marie Bouzkova. Andreeva is the world number 16 and up a place in the live rankings.
This is her first tournament since reaching the final of the Ningbo Open last October. The 17-year-old has started the new season well with wins over Anna Blinkova and 12th seed Linda Noskova with only 11 games lost.
World number 42 Ons Jabeur is up to 40th in the live rankings but still struggling to be seeded at the upcoming Australian Open. This is a big tournament for her though as it's the first she's played since last August.
Round one saw her defeat Zheng Sensai in straight sets. Another good win came in the second round as the Tunisian defeated 14th seed Ekaterina Alexandrova, losing only five games. It was tougher in her last match as she needed three sets to beat Elina Avanesyan.
