For the third time in their careers, Lorenzo Musetti and Brandon Nakashima will be facing off. They meet in the third round at the Rome Masters, with the winner advancing to face Alexei Popyrin or Daniil Medvedev next. Below we have a prediction for the match.

Musetti is having a good season, especially on clay, and the only missing bit is a title. His second-round straight-sets win over Otto Virtanen saw him hit a 17-6 record. On clay he is at 11-2, having graced the semi-finals in Monte Carlo and Madrid.
