Leinster continue their bid to reach a tenth European Rugby Champions Cup. They are seeded second in this season's knockout stages and in the last 16 they host 15th-seeds Harlequins. Can Harlequins cause a major shock? Read our match prediction.
The home side are currently top of the United Rugby Championship and with an eight point lead, they should be crowned champions. 13 of their 14 league games have been won this season and all their home matches with only 72 points conceded and a +110 points difference.
Leinster won Pool 2 to reach the knockout stages and won all four of their matches. That included beating the current top two clubs in the English Premiership, Bath and Bristol.
They have been losing finalists in this competition for the past three seasons, last lifting the trophy seven years ago.
Harlequins are currently seventh in the English Premiership and have lost three of their last four matches. They could only finish fourth in Pool 4 with wins over Stormers and Glasgow but losses to Racing 92 and Toulon.
They have won six of their 13 league games this season but lost the same number. Four of their seven away matches have ended in defeat.
