Ireland had a narrow home win over Scotland in the first week of the 2020 Six Nations Championship. It was a game they could have lost if not for a schoolboy error by Scotland's Stuart Hogg. They have made two changes for this game with flanker Peter O'Mahoney (who came off the bench and played 76 minutes against Scotland) nd Centre Robbie Henshaw starting and replacing the injured Caelen Doris and Garry Ringrose. Ireland have won three of their last four games played against Wales, the most recent victories being two wins in World Cup warm-ups.

Wales haven't won a Six Nations match in Dublin since 2015. They began their Six Nations campaign with a 42-0 home win over Italy and earning a bonus point. They will still be without Liam Williams who has had ankle surgery. Hooker Ellito Dee, centre Owen Watkin and scrum-half Gareth Davies weren't in the side that trounced Italy but are fit for this match. This is going to be a tough game and the new Irish coach believes his side is full of confidence going into this game. With home advantage, they can get a narrow win.
