A win for Harlequins will boost their chances of making it into the end-of-season play-offs. They are fifth in the English Premiership with visitors Bath in second spot. Harlequins begin the weekend a place and three points behind the fourth position that will take them into the play-offs. Their qualification hopes have been hit by successive losses at home to Leicester Tigers and away at Saracens where 52 points were conceded. They have won seven of their 13 league games with the other six being lost. Home form has seen them win four out of six with Saracens being the only other side to beat them. Two of their last three at home have ended in victory.

Bath are second in the table and two points behind leaders Northampton Saints. They narrowed the gap at the top last weekend when beating out-of-form Sale Sharks at home, while Northampton lost at Saracens. Bath have won eight and lost five of their 13 league matches this season. On the road, they have only won two of their six league fixtures. They've lost four of the last five and a loss at Harlequins would be the fourth in a row. Those defeats have come at Northampton Saints, Sale Sharks, Leicester Tigers (all in 2023) and most recently a 57-44 loss at Bristol. This could be a close game and we tip Harlequins to sneak the victory.
