It's five years since Felix Auger-Aliassime won the second of his two grass court titles. The top seed faces unseeded Kamil Majchrzak in the last eight of the Libema Open. Auger-Aliassime is yet to drop a set this week and our predictions is he will maintain that record in this quarter-final.
The only other seeded player in the top half of the draw is Daniil Medvedev.
Auger-Aliassime is flying high at fourth in the live rankings, 66 places above his opponent. He has won one ATP Tour title this year and on all surfaces, this is his sixth quarter-final of the year. Last year saw him reach two grass court semi-finals.
So far this week, he has beaten Marton Fucsovics in straight sets. This is his second successive quarter-final after also reaching this stage at Roland Garros.
Kamil Majchrzak has won five of his six grass court matches played this year. Last week saw him reach the semi-finals of the Challenger Tour event played in Birmingham, losing to Otto Virtanen. He avenged that defeat here in three sets and then beat James McCabe in straight sets.
He has lost both of his two previous matches against Auger-Aliassime. One was played on grass but this is their first match in eight years.
