Bordeaux are one of only four clubs in Top 14 that have won at least two away league games this season. They are third in the table and bid to get away win number three at 11th place Clermont.  Read our match prediction below.

The visitors have won two away games in a league in which it's not easy to get a win on the road. The Begles also had a big away win against Bulls as they began their defence of the European Rugby Champions Cup.

Last weekend saw them beat RC Toulon 46-7 at home making it three successive victories and 142 points scored. It's a strong return to form after a run of two straight losses in Top 14. Those two defeats were only by a combined total of five points.

Clermont are 11 points behind Bordeaux and five adrift of the final play-off position. They lost 24-20 at bottom-of-the-table USA Perpignan last weekend, their third straight defeat.

At home Clermont have won five league games and lost one. There have been plenty of points scored too with a home points difference of +136, half from the win over Montauban. This is far tougher a fixture for them and we tip Bordeaux Begles to get the win.
