Bordeaux Begles continue their attempt to retain the European Rugby Champions Cup. They are the top seeds in the knockout stages and on Sunday are home to eight-seeded Stade Toulusain. Can the Begles make it into the last four? Read our match prediction below.
The home side were in awesome form last weekend when they beat Leicester Tigers 64-14. They will certainly find this task a much stiffer one as they try to maintain their unbeaten record in this season's competition. Bordeaux are 12 points behind Stade Toulousain in Top 14 but in the final play-off qualification position.
Stade Toulousain are the clear league leaders in Top 14 and they were also in high-scoring form last weekend. PREM Rugby side Bristol Rugby were dispatched 59-26 and they will put up a strong battle as they attempt to dethrone the cup holders. However, they did lose their last game against the Begles.

Bordeaux Begles have won all five of their matches in their defence of the European Rugby Champions Cup. They were one of only three clubs that were able to win all four of their pool matches. That included beating last season's finalists Northampton Saints at home..
The Begles have been scoring points for fun in this season's competition. Four of their five matches have seen them score at least 45 points against their opponents. Last weekend, they beat Leicester Tigers 64-14 at home.
They are fourth in Top 14 and are extremely impressive at home. Eight out of ten have been won by them this season. Of their last five home league fixtures, four have seen them score at least 40 points. Last month saw them beat Stade Toulousain 44-20.
Away form is a concern for Stade Toulousain.
Stade Toulousain are the leaders of Top 14 by 12 points but that's largely due to the fact they have won all 11 of their home games. Whle they also have the best away record in the league, the Red and Blacks have lost five of their nine fixtures on the road, including that recent loss at Bordeaux.
They finished in second place in pool 1 and trailed Glasgow Warriors by eight points. Both of their victories in that pool came on home soil as did last week's win over Bristol in the knockout stages. Away from home, Stade Toulousain have lost at both Glasgow and Saracens.

Bordeaux Begles are determined not to loosen their grip on the European Rugby Champions Cup trophy. All five of their games in this season's competition have been won with some convincing high-scoring home victories being the highlight.

Their performance against Leicester was extremely impressive last weekend. Nine tries were scored by seven different players. A hat-trick was scored by New Zealander Salesi Rayasi and Stade Toulousain will need to try and ensure he doesn't repeat that kind of effort this weekend.
With players such as Six Nations hero Louis Bielle-Biarrey (also a try scorer against Leicester Tigers last weekend), Matthieu Jalibert and Damian Penaud, Bordeaux are a handful for anyone at present, especially on home soil.
