We'll definitely have an unseeded player in the last 16 of the Paris Masters. Round two of this indoor hard court tournament sees Alex Michelsen take on Arthur Rinderknech. Here's our match prediction.
Michelsen is at a career-high 44th in the latest rankings and will set a new one if winning this match. The 20-year-old caused a surprise in round one when beating the 12th seed Hubert Hurkacz in straight sets losing just four games.
That ended a run of two straight defeats but he did recently reach the last eight of the Japan Open.
Arthur Rinderknech is ranked 60th in the world and was given a wild card into the main draw of this Masters event. The Frenchman is up a place in the live rankings after beating Tomas Machac in round one.
It was a fortunate victory though as his opponent retired in the second set. Rinderknech led 5-3 in the second but had lost the first on a tie-break. He had lost his last two matches before that win, including losing to world number 140 Jerome Kym in Basel last week.
