Alexander Zverev vs Karen Khachanov Prediction & Betting Tips - Paris, France

Alexander Zverev has reached the last four of his last two tournaments and has a great chance of making it three in a row as he takes on unseeded Karen Khachanov. Zverev won the Citi Open in Washington four months ago but then had a dip in form. Recent weeks have seen a big improvement though as he reached the semi-final of the Shanghai Masters where he only won three games against Novak Djokovic. His next tournament saw him get through to the last four of the Swiss Indoor championships but he had a shock loss to world number 74 Marius Copil. His win over Kyle Edmund in Shanghai is his only win over a top sixteen rannked player since the clay season when he beat Cilic and Goffin on clay in Rome. So far in the Paris Masters he has beaten Francis Tiafoe and number 15 seed Diego Schwartzman currently ranked 19th in the world.

Trying to stop Zverev reaching the last four is Karen Khachanov who is unseeded for this tournament and ranked 18th in the world. He recently won the Kremlin Cup but didn't beat a top 20 player to win that tournament. Before that he reached the last four of the Rogers Cup beating John Isner on the way to a straight sets defeat by Rafael Nadal. In Paris he's beaten Isner again in a long three-set third round match. Khachanov met Zverev in the French Open leading by a set and 2-1 before going out in five sets. Their only other meeting was on this surface two years ago with Zverev winning a three-setter 2-0. Zverev may struggle against the very best in the game but he's in form and can win this match.
