Chelsea vs Arsenal Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Chelsea occupy the final Champions League place in the Premier League despite Saturday's loss at Newcastle United.  They host Arsenal who are in tenth place and ten points behind their opponents. It looked as if Chelsea were going to get a draw at the weekend but a last gasp goal saw them lose the game. They are still five points ahead of ffth placed Manchester United but willl be disappointed with their weekend loss seeing that the sides in third and fifth both lost too. Chelsea have only one loss in their last five league and cup games but home form in the Premier League has been inconsistent. Their last five at home have produced two wins and three defeats with goals conceded in four of those matches.

Arsenal's Champions League hopes are still looking slim and may well disappear altogether if losing this match at Stamford Bridge. It still has to be mentioned that the Gunners are only seven points above the relegation zone. Arsenal have only won six league games this season (the same number as Aston Villa who are in the bottom three). Only two of their last 15 league games have been won with four of the last six ending in draws, three of them score draws. Their only away league win in the last ten has been at West Ham with four of the last five ending level. This isn't easy to predict considering Chelsea's problems at home. A bet on both teams to score is the suggested wager.
