The Toronto Raptors will close out their road trip to the West when they take on the Utah Jazz next in the NBA. They come into this match sitting 12th in the Eastern Conference while Utah is 11th in the West. The Utah Jazz are in exceptional form at the moment and have won six of their last seven fixtures.
