The Toronto Raptors will host the Utah Jazz next in the NBA seeking to get back to winning ways. Toronto arrives for this cross-conference fixture sitting 12th in the East, the same place that the Jazz find themselves in in the West. The Raptors are struggling and in their last 10 games, have won only three times. Darko Rajakovic’s men were defeated 121-111 in Philadelphia last time out and have now lost two in a row. But as they have had most of their success this season at home, the Scotiabank Arena-based franchise will be confident of a win. The Raps are averaging 112.1 points a game when at home where they are also holding teams to 111.4 points. Toronto, who have compiled an 11-17 record, have no major injury concerns coming into this fixture.

The Utah Jazz however do have a substantial list of injuries coming into this game. Keyonte George is out with a foot injury while Talen Horton-Tucker and Jordan Clarkson are doubts. All three are averaging in double figures in points with Clarkson the team's second-leading scorer. For this match, however, Will Hardy’s men could have leading scorer Lauri Markkanen back from injury. The former Bulls’ forward is averaging 23.3 points and missed the win over the Pistons last time out. Utah won 119-111 in Detroit and will now hope for a similar run to end a three-game road trip in the East. The Jazz, who are giving up 122.3 points when away, have been in good form lately. They have won four of their last six matches and are now four and a half games from the playoff places.
