The Toronto Raptors will be at home against the Orlando Magic seeking to get back to winning ways in the NBA. Fifteen games separate the two teams in the Eastern Conference with the Magic in fifth having the advantage over the 12th-placed Raptors. The Raptors are reeling and have lost each of their last five matches. Darko Rajakovic’s men have compiled several losing streaks but are yet to lose six in a row. They will hope to at the very least keep this from happening. Toronto were defeated 113-104 last time out away to the Pistons. This was their 43rd loss of the season and saw them drop to 6.5 games from the playoff places. Scottie Barnes, R.J Barrett, Chris Boucher, Jakob Poeltl, D.J Carton, and Gary Trent Jr all missed the game through injury. They could again all be sidelined here. The Raptors have averaged 113.7 points over their last three matches.

While the Raptors have been one of the worst teams in the league, the Magic have been one of the best-performing. Jamahl Mosley’s men have won 14 of their last 19 matches and this has allowed them to boost their top-six credentials. They are now 1.5 games clear of the play-in places. Orlando snapped a two-game losing run last time out thanks to a 114-106 home victory over the Nets. This was their 38th win in 66 outings. Seven players scored in double figures with Paolo Banchero putting up 21 to lead the team. The Magic have averaged 95 points over their last three matches which is a huge dip from their 110.7 points season average.
