The Toronto Raptors will be at home to welcome the Memphis Grizzlies next in the NBA. Both teams are struggling in their respective conferences with Toronto currently 12th in the East and Memphis 13th in the West. The Raptors have won only once in their last seven outings and are currently on a two-game skid. They were defeated 126-100 last time out away to the Knicks. It was their 27th defeat in 43 outings and left them 3.5 games from the playoff places. But as they have already defeated Memphis this season, Darko Rajakovic’s men will be confident of a win here. The Raptors won 116-111 in their second outing of 2024 in Memphis. They have now won two in a row against the Grizzlies. Jakob Poeltl is the only confirmed absentee for this match for the Raptors. Toronto is averaging 114.7 points a night for the season.

The Memphis Grizzlies have also lost their last two games but have fared better overall this year than their soon-to-be hosts. Memphis, who have won four times in the last eight outings, were defeated 125-96 last time out by the Bulls. It was the worst way to start their three-game road trip to the East. But as they have fared much better when away than at home, Taylor Jenkins’ men will fancy a win here. Eleven of the Grizzlies’ 15 wins have all been registered away from home. Memphis’ struggles this season have been due to poor health. The team has been decimated by injuries all through the campaign and already two star players are out for the season. Ja Morant and Steven Adams have been ruled out for the season. For this game, Brandon Clarke, Desmond Bane, Jake LaRavia, Marcus Smart, and Derrick Rose are out while Xavier Tillman is ‘Questionable’.
