Servette play host to Young Boys at Stade de Geneve on matchday 35 in the Swiss Super League championship round playoffs. Servette are in second place in the league standings, while Young Boys are behind in third. Here's our match prediction. 

The Champions League hopefuls, Servette, saw their floundering performance in the Swiss Super League hit a new low as they were victims of a 5-1 away thrashing at the hands of Basel.

This result marked their third loss in five games (W1, D1). A return to the Stade de Geneve should be able to see them return to winning ways. 

At this venue, the Maroons have lost two times in 13 the last 13 League games. They also halted a two-match losing streak by beating Luzern 2-1.

Young Boys are low on confidence after failing to win their last two games across all competitions, including a disappointing 1-0 extra-time defeat to third-tier FC Biel-Bienne 1896 in the Swiss Cup semifinal. 

In the Swiss Super League, their last game was against Lausanne-Sport. They opened the scoring in the 27th minute courtesy of Christian Fassnacht's effort, but at the sound of the full-time whistle, they were on the receiving end of a 3-2 scoreline.

Giorgio Contini's men have lost four of their last six away league games. It has to be pointed out that they have lost two straight heading into this clash.
