The Sacramento Kings will be at home to welcome the San Antonio Spurs seeking a winning return after the NBA All-Star break. They come to this match sitting eighth in the Western Conference, 20.5 games clear of 15th-placed San Antonio. The Kings went into the All-Star recess struggling to get going as they had managed just one win in five outings. Mike Brown’s men will hope to have reenergized with the week-long break with a tough playoff race coming up. They have compiled a 31-23 record and have registered 20 of their victories against fellow Western teams. The Kings, who have Domantas Sabonis questionable for this game, were defeated 130-125 last time out away to the Suns. They are averaging 118.4 points a night but are also giving up an almost similar number, 117.9, to their opponents. The Kings have won six of the last seven matchups with San Antonio.

The Spurs lost 129-120 in the first meeting of the season with the Kings back in November. They did however win 142-134 the last time they were in Sacramento.
