PSG are involved in a close battle with Monaco as they bid to retain their French league title. They are second in the table but level on points with Monaco. The league battle isn't on the agenda in this match as the two sides face off in the French Cup semi-final. It'd have made for a great cup final but that's draws for you. PSG are in great form in domestic football at present with a run of 24 French league and cup games without defeat. That includes a 4-1 win at Monaco that opened up the title race. At home, PSG have gone 34 without defeat and that last loss was to Monaco in March of last year. Monaco have a lot on their minds at present, what with chasing the league title, winning the French Cup and of course trying to win the Champions League. Might they rest a few players for this game, who'd blame them if they did. The weekend saw them beat Lyon 2-1 away to stay top of Ligue 1. They have won ten of their last 11 games in all competitions but the other game did see them lose heavily to PSG. This should be a great game but PSG are in top form so go for a home win.
